The History of Our Law Firm

Linda's experience as a self-starter began in 1983 when she and her husband founded their own business after he was laid off. After 17 years of success, Linda endured a heart-breaking tragedy which moved her to pursue her law degree. The pain that Linda endured from her own tragedy helped her develop the skills necessary to help others through their own personal hardships. In 2004, the Law Offices of Linda Roberts-Ross was established, and we have been proudly and successfully helping clients ever since.

Linda says, "My job is to get you through your legal troubles as quickly, painlessly, and inexpensively as possible." Our client-centered approach influences every aspect of our efforts, and we always treat each client's case with individual attention and a customized approach.

Since the beginning of her legal career, Linda has been focused on and passionate about individual rights. She has testified before California State Legislative Committees on issues of individual rights. She also had the honor of testifying before Congress (House Judiciary Committee) on issues of individual rights.

When the Law Offices if Linda Roberts-Ross were established, Linda made the decision that her practice would be centered on representing real people, not huge corporations.

 The focus of the firm is in dealing with those areas of law that most commonly impact individuals and their families: divorce, estates, will and trusts, probates, bankruptcy, debt relief, small business issues and more.

Linda made a decision about who she was interested in serving: her answer was real people! We have never represented big corporate interests... never have and never will!
